Promptness was his greatest virtue. lol) My service request was referred to him by my home warranty company 48 hours after I made my report. He responded immediately and was at my home late that afternoon. He completed the repairs in one visit. I have had 5 home warranty repairs over 3 years. This was the first time the technician did not try to inflate the bill. I am so impressed.
